This website is a temporary pre-launch platform for DRNKR, an intelligent concierge for craft beverage exploration. This pre-launch website will be active for approximately 2-3 months and will be sunset once the full DRNKR platform launches.

During this pre-launch phase:

The website is primarily informational and serves to build our waitlist
Features and functionality are limited
Information collected during this phase will be transferred to the main DRNKR platform upon launch
Full platform functionality will only be available after the official launch

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to use our website and services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. DRNKR promotes responsible enjoyment of craft beverages and complies with all applicable alcohol-related regulations.

4. User Accounts and Registration

4.1 Waitlist Registration

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

10. Termination

Upon termination:

Post the revised Terms on our website
Notify you via email if you are on our waitlist (for material changes)

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our website.

13. Geographic Scope and Governing Law

DRNKR is incorporated in Florida, and our operations are based in the United States. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

During this pre-launch phase, our services are available only to users located in the United States.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with DRNKR, you agree to first contact us at contact@drnkr.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating any formal proceedings.

14.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Florida, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14.4 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DRNKR regarding your use of the website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
